“Goldsfeir Food 4 Life LLC” maintains the https://www.myhealthyoffice.ae/ Website ("Site").

Goldsfeir Food 4 Life LLC trades as MHO (My Healthy Office). In these Terms, "MHO", "we", "us" and "our" mean Goldsfeir Food 4 Life LLC. "You", "Customer" and "User" mean the business that holds an account with us and every person who uses the Site on that business's behalf.

MHO supplies office pantry products to businesses in the United Arab Emirates, including fresh fruit, dairy and plant-based milks, bakery items, snacks, beverages, and office hygiene and cleaning supplies.

The Site and the customer portal are for businesses only. Customer accounts are opened by MHO after a business onboarding process, which includes the customer's trade licence and tax registration details. Public self-registration is not available.

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Each person who uses an account confirms that they are authorised to act for the business that holds it.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Keep your login details private and do not share them. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission. Orders placed through your account are treated as orders placed by your business. Your business may set up an approval step so that some orders must be approved by a designated approver before we receive them.

• All prices on the Site are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Catalogue prices do not include VAT. VAT at 5% is added at checkout, and the full amount including VAT is shown before you confirm your order.
• Prices agreed for your account are shown when you are signed in, and may differ from the public catalogue prices.
• Product photos are for illustration. Fresh produce varies naturally in size, colour and weight.
• Products are subject to availability.
• We may correct errors in prices or product descriptions on the Site. If a product you ordered is out of stock, or was shown at a wrong price, we contact you before delivery to agree how to proceed. You are not charged for items that are not delivered.

Your order is placed when you submit it at checkout and we send the order confirmation email.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

You enter your card details on the secure payment page of our payment service provider, Telr. They are not entered on, or stored by, our Site. Approved business accounts may also pay against invoice, on the credit terms agreed in writing with MHO.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

• Delivery is covered by our Delivery Policy. We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
• You may cancel an order under our Cancellation Policy.
• Fresh and perishable products can be returned only in the limited cases set out in our Return Policy.
• Refunds are made under our Refund Policy.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

We supply only businesses in the United Arab Emirates and deliver only to addresses in the United Arab Emirates.

You must not misuse the Site. This includes trying to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful. All content on the Site (text, images, logos and software) belongs to Goldsfeir Food 4 Life LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

If your business has signed a supply agreement with MHO, that agreement applies alongside these Terms. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

As far as UAE law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
