Payment Policy

• Card. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. You enter your card details on the secure payment page of our payment service provider, Telr, not on our Site.
• Invoice. Approved business accounts may pay against invoice, on the credit terms agreed in writing with MHO.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). VAT at 5% is added at checkout, and the full amount is shown before you confirm your order. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

When you place an order, we email an order confirmation to the person who placed it straight away.

Card payments: Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

Payments against invoice (for example, bank transfer): when we record your payment against your invoice on the day we receive it, we email a "Payment Received" confirmation to the email address registered for your account at that moment. It shows the payment number, date, amount, payment method and the invoices paid.

We send payment confirmations by email only. We do not send them by SMS or post.

If you have not received a confirmation within these times, please contact us with your order number.

If your card payment is declined, your order is not marked as paid and your card is not charged. Please contact us to arrange payment.
